Live Event Retainer | Booking Couple and Bouquet 11x14 for Aubrey Sullivan

CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE

Katelyn Harbaugh must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to the scheduled date of event.

RETAINER

A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% the cost of the chosen package is required to hold the date of your wedding.

CANCELLATION

Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Katelyn Harbaugh.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CLAUSE

If Katelyn Harbaugh, cannot perform this agreement due to causes beyond the control of the parties, then Katelyn Harbaugh shall return any moneys paid by the client.

WEDDING COORDINATOR/EVENT GUIDE

If the ceremony or reception provides a "COORDINATOR/ EVENT GUIDE", the client is responsible for communicating all day of information. Including, but not limited to: time line, itinerary, schedules, etc.; with Katelyn Harbaugh prior to the wedding day. The client will be responsible for (or have someone designated for communication the day of the event.

COPYRIGHTS

All artwork is the sole property of Katelyn Harbaugh and is held under copyright (even after purchase) and all images are retained by Katelyn Harbaugh.

ARTIST STYLE

The client acknowledges the artist style and nature of Katelyn Harbaugh’s paintings and that live paintings will be slightly more impressionistic.

TIMING

The day of, I will arrive an hour early to set up and start painting the background of the chosen location. I will capture the exact moment (first kiss, walking down the aisle, etc.) to reference the rest of the time. I will continue through three hours of the reception, providing entertainment for you guests. Most paintings will be completed within the wedding timeframe but occasionally details will need to be added back in my studio. In the case of studio touch ups, I will get your painting in your hands within two weeks. If you choose a package that includes the bouquet please allow two to three weeks for it to be completed. Please note that live paintings will be slightly more impressionistic.

The artist will reach out one month prior to the wedding to get contact information for communication during the day of the event. 

PRICING

The pricing booked is locked in for your wedding date. The only exception to this is if more hours are added after the contract is booked and the retainer paid.

EVENT FOOD SERVICE

Wedding couple does agree to provide a meal for Katelyn Harbaugh.

FAILURE TO PERFORM

Katelyn Harbaugh retains the right to leave the event early if it is an unsuitable environment, I.e harassment. The artist will complete the work at a later date.
