  • Do you take commissions?

    Yes, you can read about the process and see samples of past work here.

  • What is the timeframe for commissioned work?

    Depending on availability, most paintings can be completed in 2-3 weeks. Please let me know if you need the painting by a particular date.

  • I noticed it says “commissions are currently closed”, when will you take commissions again?

    I offer commissions on a seasonal basis and I take on a limited quantity to create my best work for my clients. The easiest way to keep up with availability is to join my newsletter here.

  • Do you accept returns?

    I do not accept returns as all sales are final. However, please reach out to me via email at info@katelynharbaugh.com with concerns regarding you purchase.

  • Can I get prints made from a commissioned piece?

    Yes, I offer 5×7 inch and 8×10 inch prints of commissioned work that is originally 5×7 to 11×14 inches in size.

  • What are your shipping policies?

    I ship all my work with USPS and to the United States only at this time. (If you live outside the US, I would love to work something out, feel free to email me at info@katelynharbaugh.com.)

  • Who owns the rights to the artwork?

    All artwork is the sole property of Katelyn Harbaugh and is held under copyright (even after purchase) and all images are retained by Katelyn Harbaugh.

  • Do you frame the artwork?

    I do not frame commissioned paintings unless otherwise agreed upon. Original artwork will indicate if it is framed, has the option to add a frame to the order, or unframed in the description.
